Hi, I’m Britt — a nurse and Ayurvedic practitioner who deeply understands what it feels like to navigate midlife while your body, health, and life are all shifting at once.
Over the past five years, I’ve faced my own health challenges: autoimmune and thyroid disease, chronic Lyme, the upheaval of divorce, moving, returning to school — all while experiencing the rollercoaster of perimenopause. As a nurse, I thought I should have all the answers. But like so many women, I found myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure of what my body needed.
